Rent an ensuite room in an amazing newly converted furniture warehouse development in DUDLEY TOWN CENTRE, near main bus station. 9 very large ensuite rooms available (your own private room and bathroom) and a very large shared kitchen. Rent from a single day upwards. Rent varies dependent on length of your stay. Typical monthly rent £480. Couples are welcome but there is surcharge of £2 a day per room.
There is no minimum or maximum terms. No deposit - Prepayment required on all rentals. £30 payment required for your keyfob.
All bills included except electricity and wifi. Pay as you go coin meters to each room for electric (average cost 20p – 50p per week). Latest modern LED lighting gives low power consumption, so lower bills. Wifi is available at £1 per day.
